Refund policy

All items are handcrafted and custom made. We want you to cherish your fine jewelry. If your piece is not perfect, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original pristine condition. Please return your piece in its original signature packaging, including any accompanying grading certificates. 

• Inspection: Upon receiving your piece, our jewelers will inspect it to verify its original, unworn condition.
• Notification: We will immediately email you to confirm arrival and share the status of your return assessment.
• Processing: Approved returns are processed within 10 business days, with a credit automatically issued to your original payment method.
• Fees: Exchanges are entirely complimentary, while returns for a refund incur a $7 laboratory handling fee.
• We will replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon arrival.
